I've noticed that Firefox sometimes doesn't render borders properly on the first load of a page...the borders just won't be there. Refreshing the page always makes the borders appear.

Has anybody encountered this generic problem?

Sometimes, when I scroll down a page and scroll back up, the borders vanish from near the top. IE and Opera don't do this. I think it's just a rendering bug of sorts...
