    Hello
Can someone please help me with this problem.

On my website my text over laps my table boarders. How do I fix this. There was a post here

    http://www.webdesignforums.net/hows_..._it_21575.html

that told me how to do it but it didn't work it just pushed everything around and things didn't line up.

You need to add padding to your tables. I would actually recommend using CSS and columns...it makes this much easier...but with what you have, increasing the padding (which you currently have a "0") should do the trick. I would think that somewhere around 3px should do it, but you can easily experiment with it...
