    On a game development site i'm making for a client, I need to make it so that the person running the game dev project can type in a username and password, then edit certain cells in a table.

    How would I make user-editable cells in a table?

    You need server-side scripting like PHP and a database like MySQL (or ASP with Access db). Then you can control user log in, and get content, stored in the database into the table cell:
    Code:
    <?php
    $sql = "SELECT content FROM tbl_Content WHERE UserID = $userid";
    $rs = mysql_query($sql);
    if ($row = mysql_fetch_array($rs)) {
      $content = $row["content"];
    }
    ?>

    <table>
    <tr><td><?php echo $content ?></td></tr>...
    That kind of thing.
