I have just downloaded a template to work with. But tried editing it on Frontpage, and there is a skeleton or frame-like dotted line on the page where you can change the width and height of the page that you're working with. How can I get rid of this "skeleton", even if it's temporary, so that that I can work on the page more? It only shows up when I'm working on a template I have downloaded.

I think the dots represent the outer edges of cells of a table with no borders.

They should only show up in design mode, and should disappear when you preview the page.

Yes it has an html extension. It does disappear when I preview it. I'll try to delete the tables, rows, etc. and see if it works. Thanks!

    Umm....

I don't think you want to delete the tables if they're a part of the template... that will change the entire layout of the page.

My mistake, I didn't mean delete the tables, I meant re-size them.

well you can change the number inside the html tag of table for width and height or i think you can drag the dotted lines in design view
