I am sure this is simple to most but...I am graphically strong but now I am needing to muscle up coding ability. The effect that I want to learn is how to place a scrollable text box amoung my graphical designs. I see this a great deal. I don't know if it is Java or CSS. I desperately need advise and would be greatful for any input.

    Thanks,
    sicstringer

You can use an <iframe> (not recommended) to load a seperate page to scroll or use a <div> tag with the CSS style of "overflow: scroll" which will cause any extra content to be reachable through the scroll bars. As a matter of personal preference, I don't like any scrolling elements in the middle of pages that I read, but it can be a good thing when used correctly.
