    Actually the saga continues.. I tested it last night quickly and it seemed fine, but that was only in IE.

    In FF1.5 the bullets remain stationary and the text moves. In IE both the bullets and the text move together. Attached is how it looks in firefox

    if you want the text to move with the bullet points in IE use ems instead of px

    font-size: .8em;
    i think this will solve the issue in firefox..
