    Hey, well ive come to a snag in my website...
    im trying to edit an input...

    Code:
    <INPUT NAME="file" TYPE="file" size="50">
    its the file type, so it has a browse button attached.... is there any way i could edit it?

    i set a style to it, and it didnt do anything except change the background color...

    any help?

    They can't be styled that much because they're generated by the system/browser.

    not even like, add a border and change text color and such...

    and.. are there any alternatives?

    You can put it in a container and style that for borders. There are no HTML alternative tags that I know of for file uploading.

    well, it works in IE, but in Firefox, it still looks ugly and indented for some reason :|
