I was wondering if there was any way through any kind of code to somehow forward what I'm listening to on my computer to my website in a realtime ticker. I'm not even sure where to start, or if there is even software remotely akin to my question. I appreciate your help.

Do you mean forward it so users can listen to it? Or just have a song title/artist?

If it is the later, msn messenger does it, so its definately possible.

If you want to forward the actually music youw ould need to have actually on your web server and you would probably be breking several copyright laws.

I apologize for being unclear. I would just have the song title/artist in a ticker or other form on my website. So, yes, it is the latter. You're right though, thanks for the heads up on the copyright laws. They're very hardcore nowadays. If you could just tell me exactly how to do it with MSN messenger that would be great. I might fiddle around with it and try and find it on my own. Thanks for the help!

What music player are you using? The answer depends on that.

Wait, MSN Messenger? You want to stream the ticker from your PC (WMP) to MSN Messenger?

Or do you mean from your PC (WMP) to your web server? Is your PC your web server?

After researching further, I think the first reply to my question was to link WMP and MSN Messenger. What I'm trying to do is link to my webpage. I did however, find this information, but this is pretty complicated for a newbie like me to execute and it involves PHP. Also, it is for Winamp, not WMP.
