    Hi
    I need to know how to creat a rating systems like the ones used on websites such as 'hot or not' and the 'rate my.......' series. Does anyong know how these are made?

    They would be made using a server-side language like PHP, or ASP. There not too difficult to make if you have a basic understanding of the languages or you can find free ones that you can implement into your site at places such as hotscripts.com. Although these normally require some sort of credit to the author.
