    How can i make a form i made in dreamweaver send to my email address?

    The preferred way to email form data is to use a server side solution, but as you posted this in the (X)HTML section, I will assume you do not have this option available.

    http://www.tizag.com/htmlT/forms.php - that shows you how to send email from a form.

    Note, this uses your (or your site visitors) default email client, and so if this is not configured properly, the email will not be sent.

    Just put

    </form>
    But like bfsog said, it's better to use server-side language like PHP or ASP or Perl/CGI
