    This is totally ridiculous. I'm uploading a website and for some bizarre reason, all the pages' titles are listing as "My example".

    I just noticed this. The thing is, there's a <title> The Field Manual </title> under the head of every page. Would anyone be willing to take a peek at www.thefieldmanual.com, download the index page, and tell me what the deuce is going on here that the title says "My example"?

    Anyway, I hope this doesn't count as a site promo (I read the rules) and if so, there are no ads on there anyway, and the current state of the site is not exactly something I'm proud of. So, if anyone could tell me what on earth is wrong and why the thing isn't parsing the title tag... I will be very grateful.

    I've seen this happen before. Put your <title> before your <link>. So you should have

    Code:
    <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
    <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" xml:lang="en" lang="en">

    <head>
      <title>The Field Manual, a BF2 Strategy Source</title>

     <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1">
     <meta http-equiv="content-language" content="en-GB">
     <meta http-equiv="author" content="Arkanin aka Bloody Eye">

     <meta name="description" content="The Field Manual">
     <meta name="keywords" content="Battlefield, 2, Strategy, Strategies, Guide, GameFAQs">

      <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="screen" title="Green Combat Style" href="style.css">

      </head>
