    Will search engines see my content if I use
    Code:
    <!--#include virtual="/filename.html"-->
    in my pages? If so, what will they see? Just the include, everything but the include, the whole page?
    I'm just wondering because I am working on a site that will have many pages and I'd like to try to avoid having to update hundreds of pages every time we change something. Thanks for any help!

    Yes search engines will see the whole page with the include file aswell. e.g. index.html:
    Code:
    Hello World
    <!--#include virtual="/filename.html"-->
    Hello World 2
    filename.html:
    Code:
    Included Content
    Would produce:
    Code:
    Hello World
    Included Content
    Hello World 2
    The inclusion is done on the server-side so search engines cannot tell the difference between included and non-included content.
