Having a lil' trouble. Hope you guys can help me out.

I wanted to put something on the bottom of my page, like a Copyright line. However It's not going to the bottom. It displays correctly in Internet Explorer, but not in Firefox.

I am using Crimson Eiditor to type up my HTML and CSS. The code has been validated as HTML 4.01 Transitional.

I attached the html and css. Thanks for any help.

    Jake

    I found the problem ...

It was a misplaced </div> near the bottom of your page.

Here is your site, as I experimented with it on my server:

    http://www.catpin.com/aboutus.html

and your new CSS file with some changes.

    http://www.catpin.com/scfy2_test.css

    1) I made it 780 pixels wide, so there's no horizontal bar on a small browser.
    2) It centers properly on a wide browser.
    3) Narrowed the center portion and justified text.
    4) Can select multiple colors for various sections. content, bottom.

If you want to play with a CSS layout with 3 columns, see this example:

Have fun ... you're doing good so far.

    EDIT:
I noticed a funny centering issue with IE compared to FireFox.
So I added a left panel to see if I could figure out where it's happening.
I'll try to get around to seeing if I can find the difference ... meanwhile,
the example (in the links above) can give you something to start with.

EDIT again ... I figured it out.

Thank you very much. I really appreciate. It's off to class for now, but I'll take a better look at it after.

    Thanks again,

    Jake
