    Do any of you have a sample of how to import rss to a pre existing html page? I'd like to insert the rss to a table in html file. If it isn't too much to ask, maybe even how to code in some styling?

    I'm actually using coldfusion but it seems to work just like html.

    Javascript may not be an option....

    I have a html file importing rss right now, but that is the whole of the page... it is kind of awkard.

    http://youthimpactint.org/html.html <- this is a link to the string I need to pass a php script currently in place to get this rss to work.... this option isn't exactly how I want it to work....
    This was using a script called rss2html.php

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks,
    -Joe

    I'm not totally sure what you mean, but I think you need to
    change the extension of your HTML file to .php (example: index.php)
    and put a PHP include statement within the table you want.

    The PHP script will stick whatever you're looking for right into the spot
    where you have the "include".

    PHP Code:
    <?php include 'http://youthimpactint.org/rss2html.php?XMLFILE=http://www.eastern-syndicate.com/moore/%3ffeed=rss2&TEMPLATE=http://youthimpactint.org/mytemplate.html&MAXITEMS=10'?>

    something like that.

    I had a functioning RSS feed table on my site. Recently, the server was re-compiled. Since then, the site will not load propertly. The server is complaining about a function that is dual-defined, I think it is "db_query." The error message seems to indicate that both the RSS feed and the forum database code are using this function that is defined twice. Any ideas on what is going on here, and how to fix it?
