    I working with my website and i need some help! i have seen it in some website when i scroll down only the content scrolled the back ground still stay, doesnt move. can somebody tell me how to do that?

    LOL I don't agree that it's always a bad thing to have static backgrounds. As long as you don't have just text scrolling over it, it's not so bad. I've even done it myself :-P

    So have I, with text scrolling over it. As long as you sufficiently fade out the background to the point where it's there but not fighting with the text (usually about 20% or lower opacity) then you're fine.

    Or when you have a table (or div) on top of it with a white (or alpha) background that has the text in it. It looks hot with alpha !!!
