    Ok, I'm back...

    I just spent the past hour searching the web and trying all the hacks to do this seemingly simple task, but nothing works.

    How do I center an image of varying size within a fixed size div?

    Here is the page;
    http://cmarriott.com/image.html

    the sheet used is
    http://cmarriott.com/styles/portfolio.css

    I want the image to center in the div with the blue background both horizontally (already done) and vertically (pain in the arse:dead.

    Uhh... your link is to a javascript image view, and a really annoying one at that. That's not what you were originally trying to do, was it?
