    Is it possible to have an image displayed in an <input type="text">? I'm trying to make an <input type="text">/textbox/label where you can change the contents dynamically and where the background of the textbox is an image. Is this possible to accomplish?

    The background image can be done with css..

    Probably easy to make it a class:

    Code:
    .inputbg{background: #fff url('image.jpg')}
    then when you write the html, should be...

    Code:
    <input class="inputbg" type="text" />
    e.t.c.
