Hello. I've been out of the webdesign scene for a few years, and have gotten back into it. I'm using Dreamweaver 8, but I can't get the Design View to function correctly. It just displays blank space. I used to use Dreamweaver MX, and that worked fine, but it was years ago.
Anyway are there any ideas on what I'm doing wrong? Are there any settings that need to be configured? Thanks!

Design View isn't working? Fantastic! That means you can avoid using it ;-) Seriously, though, the code on that screenshot is PHP, which shouldn't show anything in design view anyway.

Unless I'm TOTALLY off the ball here (which could be true since I haven't have breakfast yet ), I highly doubt that that code EVER worked in design view ... maybe unless you have apache running on your box? Even then ...

PHP needs to be parsed before it "shows" anything so, it won't "show" anything in design view.
