    If you're a newbie just visit this site http://www.w3schools.com/ here you can just generate your code to easy access of your code and also try to use this site also http://cssplay.co.uk for scripting.

    Developer mozilla also provides CSS workarounds for beginners.
    In specific for CSS layout, your listing is helpful.

    Instead of using all this tutorial go for a w3schools website, which gives a clear tutorial to gain knowledge and learn completely about CSS. which provides a complete guide to learn with the workspace allotted by them.

    w3schools and lynda are best websites for learning html/css and try to learn any css framework it will add responsive and much better interactivity to your work and make your work easy
