I am coding a site for a client of mine. All the computers and browsers I have access to (about 30 comps using either FF, IE, NS, Opera) the site works fine. But on my clients computer this page shows a double scrollbar, and I cant figure out why. I need some reassurance or direction on where to go to correct it. My client can view the site fine in FF, NS but when he uses IE, the scrollbars get buggy. See the pic for an example

Does he have (or not have) the newest patch for his version of IE?
