    ok, I redid my site for the LAST time for a long time but the problem i'm having again...is things are not lining up in ie like they are in ff and safari.....i found out if i set the bkg to 45%, it centers in IE, and 50% centers it in ff....is there some type of code that could switch it in different browsers; something along the lines of, if IE use 45%, if FF use 50%?

    If it's just IE 6 you're having problems with...

    <!--[if lt IE 7]>
    <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="/css/ie6_bug_fix.css" />
    <![endif]-->

    ...OR, in your CSS you can do

    * html body{
    /* IE stuff here */
    }

    - that second one gets ALL IE's, not just 6.
