    Take this code:
    Code:
    <table width="245">
    <td valign="top" bgcolor="#FFFFFF" width="259">

    <div id="content"
    		style="width: 245; height: 382; background-color: #FFFFFF; overflow: auto">
    ...
    </div>
    </td>
    </table>
    and modify it to look like:
    Code:
    <table width="245">
    <tr>
    <td valign="top" bgcolor="#FFFFFF" width="259">

    <div id="content"
    		style="width: 245; height: 382; background-color: #FFFFFF; overflow: auto">
    ...
    </div>
    </td>
    <td valign="top" bgcolor="#FFFFFF" width=* height=382>
    <img code here>
    </td>
    </tr>
    </table>
    Try that out and see if that helps.
