Most everyone here already uses it. I just wish it worked for Opera.

    Been using it for ages.
Note on code: If I give code, please note that it is simply sample code to demonstrate an effect. It is not meant to be used as-is; that is the programmer's job. I am not responsible to give you support or be held liable for anything that happens when using my code.

It's like DOM Inspector on steroids. One of its most useful functions is that it gives you the list of all CSS properties that apply to a given element, including those that have been overridden by more specific properties. And it shows you which ones have been overridden (crosses them out), and lists in order of specificity (more specific on top), and shows you the style cascade. It's fantastic. Plus it shows you padding, margins, etc, by shading the element on the page and with a ruler.
Other stuff it does includes a very nice Javascript debugger, a monitor for network traffic (including AJAX traffic, which can be inspected for headers going there and coming back and content being sent and coming back), including how long each resource takes to download. All around, it's just the most kickass web development tool right now, though the Safari nightlies have a similar tool that's just as awesome (no JS debugger yet, though), and looks much prettier, as one would expect from Apple
