k so ive done a litle research and i wana start a site off html. i downloaded Nvu (a wysiwyg) and i signed up for a freewebs acount. in the setup for the freeweb when it came to the point of choosing the layout there was an option that said no layout ill write my own html or something to that effect so i chose that. now i've got a paragraph of random stuff in Nvu, its saved as index.html, and now im completely lost and need to know how to get the stuff onto the freewebs. there is a thing in Nvu that says publish, but when i click on that it brings up some pop-up and i have no idea what to type into any of the fields. help is needed and much appreciated.

here is the popup in Nvu

Your freewebs account comes with one or both methods of uploading files ...

    1) An online control panel with form to upload and manage files.

    2) An FTP account access, where they provide you with
    HOST NAME
    USER NAME
    PASSWORD

Option 2 is the best way.

You find a free FTP program (like FileZilla) and enter your website
    FTP account host,user,pass ...

Then you upload the files from your PC to your website (disk space on freewebs).

You need to upload all of your HTML files and your images.
All of the images that appear on your web page needs to be uploaded.
