I've posted to this forum before with great success, so I thought I'd come back for another try!
I'm working on two different websites, one for my new job and the other for my mothers office and while I'm building them, I check them in Firefox and everything looks fine, but when I check it in IE, nothing lines up correctly. Am I doing something wring in the code?

www.accessavnh.com - Also looking for a better code for an image swap for the links, cause Dreamweaver does badly...
