    New to the forums .. so whats up..

    anyway, im doing the front end of a project for a friend of mine. the person doing the back end is asking me to place my tables into self-containing tables and im not sure what he means.. below is my code for the tables he's talking about. is he asking me to span a few tables? thanks in advance..

    Resumably he means either/or:
    1. Use tables semantically (not for layout)
    2. Don't use nested tables (a table within a table)

    not to sure what you mean... I may have not been clear enough. I'm not sure actually what to do with my code .. if he wants me to just span a table in css and use div tags? Thats what I've been reading on other sites but I don't know actually how to do that, thats what i asking.. apologies. thanks for any help in advance everyone!
