Here's the code for one a question with radio buttons . . .

    Code:
                  <label><span class="pagetext">Do you own a home? <input name="ownahome" type="radio" value="yes" /> Yes
    				<input name="ownahome" type="radio" value="no" checked="checked" /> No</span></label><br /><br />
It's working and the values are coming through in the php script to email just fine, but when I try to add a 3rd radio button to one of the questions

    Code:
                  <label><span class="pagetext">marital status: <input name="maritalstatus" type="radio" value="married" checked="checked" /> Married
    				<input name="maritalstatus" type="radio" value="single" /> Single
    				<input name="maritalstatus" type="radio" value="divorced" /> Divorced</span></label><br /><br />
    no dice.

I don't get what I'm missing in trying to add a third option.

Can we see your PHP code?

Maybe it's logic is incorrect, perhaps it is only accessing the first 2 variables of $_POST or $_GET.

Thanks for the reply. The problem is before you even submit, the radio buttons don't let you click anything but the default.

It appears the label is covering all the options, so no matter what you click, it takes the default value.

Close the label after the words "marital status" and you should be square.

I have an eye for detail like you'd never believe.
