    Hi there. there is currently one issue which i am having with ie6 and that is the links in my login box.

    as you will see the links "Forgot your password" etc on the right are pushed out of the box. I cant seem to figure out why this is and when i make amenedment in my ie6-hack.css stylesheet nothing seems to happen.

    Can someone please offer some sugguestions.

    Try not to use hacks if possible, it will only cause you more problems.

    I think <ul> <li> (lists) are handled differently between IE and FF ...
    and to make matters worse, <form>s are also different between browsers.

    If I were you, I would eliminate the lists ... remove all <ul><li>... etc.

    Create a white dot (.gif image) and just make your own visual list.
    <img src="whitedot.gif" alt="" /> <a href="blahblah">Forgot your password?</a><br /><br />

    Use tags and properties that are valid and work "the same" on all browsers.
    Also avoid absolute and relative positioning if possible ... these cause problems
    between IE and FF, along with margin and padding problems. If something
    fails to look the same between browsers, look for another "creative" approach
    that yields the same results.

    I've had pretty good luck setting margins and padding with ul lists. There is different spacing between ff and ie, and that has worked for me in the few times I have done it.
