    Hi I am new and I need help. At my work i was asked to desighn our website and dont really know what to do next.I have close to 50 pages finished in photoshop and now i am stuck i just need to know what my next steps are...please help! I know that i need to slice, but what do i slice just the buttons and links on the main page or do i need to slice all 50 pages?I ve attached a few pages just to give a generall idea...and any critique about the look of the website would be great!

    The items that will be redundant throughout your website, such as the header, top nav buttons, and your footer appears to stay the same throughout.,Those you just need to slice once. Any major differences per page you will have to slice separately.

    Also, keep in mind any font that you used, such as the about us on the about page, you will have to bring into the website as an image of sorts, because you cannot be sure every person that visits the site will have that font (most likely not).

    I can't add anything more to that, except to say that use as little images as possible. If you can acheive it with coding, then use coding. Like the nav menu. Background image, everthing else code. It is best that way because it is more screen-reader and accessibility freindly, SEO friendly, and makes the page load faster. And looks like it's better designed. However, in this case, the About Us just above the large image should be an image as not many people would have that fond installed. Bear this all in mind when using flash, also.

    Your page looks good, by the way. Like the design.
