    Hello,


    I'm wondering how i can put a background image that resise at all resolutions... and resise also as the browser is smaller.

    No, unless there is some Javascript method, but it will
    mess up the pixel (resolution) when you resize it.

    What people usually do is use an image that is no wider than
    800 pixels and then pad the rest with a background color that
    is like the image ... so it just seems like the image is changing,
    but it's not really.
