    There is a product called agentshield. (http://www.agentshield.com/)

    Basically what it does. It provides realtors with a personal referring link so they can advertise our website without the fear of losing the customer. The thing is when the lead visits the referral link it totally changes the contact info on the page to the realtors telephone number and address. Is there any other way I can accomplish this with html and CSS or something else?

    This isnt done with css, it has nothing to with it.
    HTML is involved.
    For something like this you need a server-side language
    PHP, ASP.NET, JSP.

    and it would look something like this

    HTML Code:
    <a href="www.site.com">Original Link</a>
    <a href="www.site.com?id=5">Link to Site</a>

    In site.com youd have something like this
    (psuedo)
    If id is set
    getContactInfoForClient(5)
    print out contact info
    Heres what it looks like in php
    PHP Code:
    if(isset($_GET['id']){

    $info=getContactInfoForClient(5); //does a lookup on a database or text file or some sort of array

    print '<p>Name: '.$info['name'].'</p>';
        print
    '<p>Address: '.$info['address'].'</p>';
