    Ok, first thing: learn how to hand code all your site, with xhtml and css. That's the best thing you can do. Look them up here: http://www.w3schools.com. You could learn that pretty quicly.

    Second thing: edit your site in a code editor, like Dreamweaver, or I like using Notepad ++. Google it and download it for free. It's awesome, and I've never looked back.

    Are you trying to get the entire site centred on the page, or all the text centred?

    If you want the whole site centred on the page (which I think is what you want), the best way is to wrap the whole site in a DIV, so in your code (html) add this:

    HTML Code:
    <div id="wrapper">
    all site content goes here
    </div>
    and then, in your head section in your html, add the following:
    Code:
    <style type="text/css">
    div#wrapper {width: 800px; margin: 0; padding: 0;}
    </style>
    That should work, and just change the width to whatever you want.

    That's the easiest and simplest way to do it. There are some more things you should probably know about css (which is what I used), but just use that for now.
    Technically you should put the css in an external style sheet, and to do that, just write the css (above) into a document, named style.css, and link to it in your page's head section, like this:

    <link href="style.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />

    Any more questions, just ask.

    Diddy, you forgot margin: 0 auto; for that wrapper rule.

    Firebug doesn't show any CSS rules on div#wrapper, which is what I'm assuming you're trying to center.

    ahhhh....sorry. Aero you're right, I forgot to add auto.

    So change your css to be like this:

    div#wrapper {width: 800px; margin: 0 auto; padding: 0 auto;}

    I don't know what's going on to tell you the truth. You've got a bit of inline styles on some divs, you may want to put those on an external stylesheet.

    I don't know whether this is part of the problem, but you seem to have some divs with z-index of 100 +. Why do you need to do this? How about just setting the z-index to normal aka not having a z-index statement? You don't need it and it might be screwing things up.
