    I created a site and it looks fine in all the browsers I have tried on windows including firefox. But when I use firefox on Ubuntu linux the fonts are too big and the heading flows over to the next line and messes everything up. The font of the body text is too large too.
    How should I attack this problem. I could make everything smaller I suppose, but then the menu bar is floated left since I float the li's left to make it horizontal. And I can't set the width of the parent and center that because the size changes so much with the font... Here are images of linux firefox and windows.

    To me, the font size looks the same, it's the width of the page that changes.
    View the two images and measure the width with a ruler .... see what I mean?

    On the narrower page, the font overflows ... not enough room.

    We need to see the actual website ... so give us the URL.

    What you have is a Drupal website.

    The CSS style sheets and templates are all internally controlled using
    the admin template editor stuff. There is no way we can give you any
    direction to adjusting these things, as we don't have admin login priviledges.

    I think you'll have to find a freelance programmer that can go in and help you
    out (privately). It will cost you something, but that's my only advice at this point.

    Sorry I'm not able to determine where the adjustments are needed.

    Try this ... just guessing at it ...

    * {padding:0;margin:0; }
    html {background: #26180a;}
    body{
    margin:0px auto;
    font-family:arial;
    font-size:14px;
    }

    #wrapper {margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center; width: 960px;}
    #top {background-color: green;
    BACKGROUND: url("images/top.jpg") no-repeat; width: 956px; height: 334px;}
    #top ul {padding-left:23px; margin:0; font-size: 24px; list-style: none;}
    #top ul li { float: left; height: 53px; margin:0px; padding:0px;}
    #top ul li a {height: 40px; display: block; padding: 12px 18px 0px 18px; color: white; text-decoration: none;}
    #top ul li a:hover{ background-color: #66c966;}
    #menu {padding-top: 260px; display: block;}
    #middle {BACKGROUND: url("images/middle.jpg") repeat-y; width: 956px;}
    #content {text-align: left; padding: 10px; font-size: 22px;}
    #bottom {BACKGROUND: url("images/bottom.jpg") no-repeat;width: 956px; height: 24px;}
    .titlestyle {font-size: 30px; font-weight: bold; text-align: center; margin-bottom: 15px;}
