    Hello there!

I'm new to CSS and trying to figure it all out so please bare with me- I'd really appreciate any help!

So- I am trying to create a sidebar on the right side of the page where there will be a few quick links. It shows up fine in all browsers but in any IE browser older than IE8 it doesn't show the sidebar at all. Any ideas?

    Here is the page:
    http://tochloe.com/0809/index.html
    And here is the stylesheet:

I would welcome any feedback- thanks so much!!

    -Hannah

tricky issue, because older versions of IE simply lagged in w3 compliance... But if it were me, off the top of my head I would say just write in a JS browser detect that changes it from divs to tables if the user has IE7 or earlier.

Boy, that's pretty straight forward css too. The only thing I see that is not necessary is the "position: relative;" for the wrapper. Get rid of that and also watch your widths, double check that.
