    Can anyone tell me why even at 100% the BG image wont cover this whole page here is an example

    Thanks in advanced, I tried clearfix (for my floating divs) and that didnt help either.

    You have that image set for the bg of your wrapper which is 750px. So it's only going to be seen in that div. Set it to the body tag and repeat x. Is that what you're looking for?
