    Hi,

The paypal button on the site is showing up with just a question mark inside a box.
I know this is because special features need to be allowed in internet browsers (like mine) in order for 'add to cart' buttons to show up. Visitors that do not see 'add to cart' buttons need to go to internet options, browser, general tab page, appearance, accessibility. Where it says ignore the font styles specified on web pages, ignore special characters - they need to UNCHECK that button.

My question is, is there a code or way around having to set it up with your browser? I am sure many people have this problem but don't know it's their browser so it could really affect my site. Any answers??

What you're saying about the button doesn't matter.
It should show up regardless of their settings when they view your website.

Give us a link to the page where it doesn't show up and I'll see what is happening.

I didn't build the site but I have now been given permissions.
On the right of "I'd like a One Year Membership for $5"
should be a paypal button. I don't see it when I am in Safari. I only see that question mark showing a picture should be there.

It shows-up OK with FF too.

So here's the part you're dealing with ... I isolated it:
    Code:
    <form method="post" target="paypal" action="https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr">
    <p>&nbsp;</p>
    <p><input type="hidden" value="_s-xclick" name="cmd" /> <input type="hidden" value="6844979" name="hosted_button_id" /> <input type="image" alt="PayPal - The safer, easier way to pay online!" border="0" name="submit" src="https://www.paypal.com/en_US/i/btn/btn_cart_LG.gif" /> <img height="1" alt="" width="1" border="0" src="https://www.paypal.com/en_US/i/scr/pixel.gif" /> </p></form>
Copy and paste that form onto a page all by itself, upload it, and test it on Safari.

If it doesn't work (show up), you can then pick it apart.
The button image is coming from PayPal, so I can't imagine why it would
be an 'X' on Safari. But let us know if that portion above works or doesn't work.

    EDIT:
How about the button on this page?

Does that one work OK with Safari?

I think this is one of the problems that many sites come across, I think there needs to be a permanent way out!
