I have searched the web for the last 24 hours trying to figure out how to center my entire webpage because at the moment it is left aligned. Tried all kinds of different "fixes" with no luck. I am not very "web design savvy", but I can't imagine this being hard. If someone could please explain it simple layman's terms how to do this I would be appreciative. AND I MEAN SIMPLE - Consider me a moron.

Built the sight with my old 2003 Microsoft Publisher

hmm. after looking more at this it seems way too overly-complicated and antiquated. will get someone to do it for me.

It's tough to alter when a site is created by Microsoft Office, Publisher or Frontpage.
Those editors add so much unnecessary code and not proper use of CSS.

Then, you have the problem with adding more content.
Unless you manually do it using the same editor, it becomes almost impossible.

My advice is to not use those editors, and to code the site by hand.
You would sort of create a template that has the basic layout and graphics,
and then adding content is easy for each page. But I have no way to explain
    it in layman's terms.

I could also give you a template using your graphics, but you would still need
to be able to know how to edit it (using Notepad) and upload files using FTP.
Not sure if you know what FTP is, and if you could work with FileZilla ...
which is a free FTP program you can download.

So, you're sort of at an interesting spot.
You should start over, but where do you start?

Sorry I can't be of more help, this is a tough one.
If you can find a tutor that can help you out in person, that would be best.

I appreciate the response mlseim, if you feel like giving me a template based on those graphics I wouldn't stop you Yes I am familiar with ftp etc. and honestly if it came down to it I could learn how to edit code etc. This template on my page shouldn't change because the content on the page wont change (barring changes to the download links) So any additional help is appreciated.

    Thanks for the response.

    Here is my page:
    http://www.catpin.com/suicideblitz

And here are all the files zipped for you to download:
    http://www.catpin.com/suicideblitz/suicideblitz.zip

The files are PHP scripts, so you have to execute them online.
You don't have a server at home, so you can't run PHP.

So upload them and view online, use FTP and use Notepad to edit.

You'll see that "index.php" is very simple compared to your MS Publisher version.
"index.php" will be like your template. Copy it with a different name, such
as "contact.php" and then edit the content.

header.php and footer.php are separate files that are included. So if you change
one thing in footer.php, it will show up on all pages automatically.
