    I basically want an embedded scroll box to put information/data in that is a set size, so that the information doesn't make the webpage 600 miles long.

    I want to put the info in the box so the user can scroll in the box instead of having to scroll the entire page.

    Any help would be appreciated, I'm just getting back into web design so a little rusty.

    Thank you.

    Using CSS (overflow:auto; adds the scroll if it exceeds the height or width) ...

    <style>
    #scroll_box{
    padding:10px;
    width:500px;
    height:450px;
    overflow:auto;
    }
    </style>

    <div id="scroll_box">
    this is the content
    </div>
