The above url is for a weather radar animation I made for my cell phone. The problem is my phones browser won't open the latest animation. It just goes to the cache and gets what ever was DL previously. I have to clear the cache to see the latest. I added a meta tag to force it to update and you can see the page blink when it does but it still doesn't update.
My question. Is there something I could put in the code to force the browser to open the latest file? I know phone browsers aren't equal to their PC counterparts so this may be an issue with the browser it self.
I have tried Opera Mini and Bolt but neither support animated gifs.
    Any suggestions would be helpful.
    Thanks.

Use Google to find the proper content type and meta tags for a cell phone page.
I think it's the FrontPage stuff that's causing problems.

Never thought about FP being the problem. Guess I'll try another editor and see what happens.
