I am currently working on a website for a Printing client, and they would like to have a spot on their website where designers/clients can upload files that they need printed and that my client can use immediately. Similar to how FeDex Kinko's online printing works. I am unfamiliar with how this needs to be layed out in code/dreamweaver for I have never done anything like this before on a website. Any help is greatly appreciated!

You'll need to use a server-side language such as PHP to handle the uploads.
What type of files, and how large are the files?

Then, you have decisions to make like:

Can anyone upload, or only registered users?
Will there be a user registration and profile system?
    Do you know PHP/MySQL?
Will there be any credit card handling?
If so, do you have an existing credit card merchant?
Do you have a secure site of your own (HTTPS/SSL)?

This could be a big project, depending on the required features.
You might want to consider hiring a programmer.
