    Hi, I've been working on a simple site for the past week or so and am having a problem with getting a flash element to center in IE8. I am not very experienced in web design, but I do have a basic understanding. I have a flash object (a menu) I've placed in a table, and it is perfectly centered in firefox, but in IE8, I can't seem to get it to align properly. It is just slightly left of center. I'm sure I'm just lacking the knowledge to understand this error, but it's been driving me crazy. I've tried a couple different approaches, but I can't seem to fix the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm also sure I have some redundancy going on. I uploaded the main page here =>

    Add style="margin: 0 auto;" to the embedded flash nav object.
    Really, you should learn to dump the tables for layout. Tables are for data.

    Actually your issue is with the containing div element's width. Your flash menu is 900px wide while that div is 750px wide. The reason it is off center is because IE is centering based on an object that 750px as opposed to 900px. Easiest way to fix this is to simply make the #FlashMenuLabs div (the containing menu div) have the same width as the menu.

    width: 900px;
