    Hello,

    I'm the owner of:
    TF9.atspace.com

    My question is :
    There are 2 black(dark) areas on my page one on top and one at the bottom , how can i remove them ?

    Your help is much appreciated !

    i got Ie7, but i tried chrome aswell and i still c the 2 "black boxes"

    first one on the top of the page ..
    second one is above the statcounter icon on the bottom.

    i don't know if it was like this befoore i started working on the template.

    only thing i need to know is what part of the code i should delete

    Those are background images. The top one is the body bg, the bottom is the footer bg. You can delete the footer one without much change but the body one leaves the page white when I deleted the bg image. You can set a background color instead for the body instead if you want to try that.

    i succeeded to delete the bottom footer like you said !

    and it worked

    but i do not know how to make the other change you suggested on the top part ..

    but i'm happy the bottom part is gone now

    The top is a background image which I will show you how to get rid of it and still keep the color.


    In the css for the body tag, remove the url for the image in the background property so it reads like this:

    background: none repeat-x scroll left top #0BA1DE;
    
    color:#FFFFFF;
    font-family:Georgia,"Times New Roman",Times,serif;
    font-size:14px;
    margin:0;
    padding:0;
    text-align:justify;
    
    
    }
    The color will remain with the #0BA1De in there.
