    OK - I know IE is a law unto itself - and a big PITA - but I am trying to do a site for a guy and he uses it as his only browser. The site is at Roy Sims Display

    It is (definitely!) not an elegant site but he has been very explicit about how he wants it to work - so with him dictating the functionality I have been trying to use the styling to dress it up a bit.

    I have put a shadow on the main container, and it looks OK in Firefox, but does not show up in IE, Opera, Chrome or Safari.

    The code I have used is in the CSS
    Code:
    #mainContainer{
        -moz-border-radius:15px 15px 15px 15px;
        -moz-box-shadow:6px 4px 10px #6E6E6E, -5px 0 10px #999999;
        border:0 solid #000000;
        left:0;
        margin-left:auto;
        margin-right:auto;
        overflow:visible;
        position:relative;
        top:25px;
        width:950px;
        background: #FFFFFF;
    }
    I have a feeling I am going to have to use an image somehow, but I'm not sure how to go about it.

    Any suggestions?

    -moz <--- Should tell you straight away that it's Mozilla only.

    CSS3 hasn't been implemented in IE yet.

    Use a PNG.
