Here's the webpage link. When I hover over the menu and hover down to other links, the menu constantly disappears. What is causing this?

It looks like you're having some height/margin/padding issues with the links which might be causing the menu to disappear. What browser are you having issues with?

I may have fixed the disappearing issue. This was in Firefox. New issue in IE... the dropdown li's are center aligned to the right of the dropdown. What is causing this? It's fine in Firefox and is left aligned.

try adding a text-align in the li... OR set the A tag to display:block and then text-align in that.
