I didn't see any popups either, but that doesn't mean popups don't exist. I just didn't see them.
First of all, if you're using a 14" monitor, how the heck are you offering wonderful business opportunities to people? If you were, you'd be able to afford something bigger and decent. Even if it's your laptop that you used (which is a mistake in and of itself), that still doesn't explain it.
Second, your problem is, as others have pointed out, that you're using fixed widths. If you want your site to go full screen across all browsers, you'll need to use liquid widths (i.e. percentages).
But you have some much larger design problems...specifically, the amount of motion. One thing to draw someone's eye isn't necessarily a bad thing. Four is.
