    I'm guessing based on the site that you're doing this for a hobby. There's not a thing in the world wrong with that, but it also means that you're going to have to take yourself on a bit of a learning curve.

    To be blunt, you don't want to use tables if you can avoid them (they're basically meant for things that would best be laid out in say an Excel spreadsheet). In your particular case, you can accomplish what you want with divs just as easily and more effectively. At least for your backgrounds (and that's what those weird lines are. Here's some CSS you can use to get you started.
    Code:
    div#top-of-the-form {
    background:  URL(http://lilions.com/home/images/tpc.jpg) top center no-repeat;
    width:  (however wide that background is);
    height:  (however high that background is);
    margin: 0;
    padding: 0;
    }
    div#the-other-graphic-in-the-form {
    background:  URL(http://lilions.com/home/images/cnttp.jpg) top center no-repeat;
    width:  (however wide that background is);
    height:  (however high that background is);
    margin: 0;
    padding: 0;
    }
    You'll remove the image tags completely and replace them with this:
    Code:
    <div id="top-of-the-form"></div>
    <div id="the-other-graphic-in-the-form"></div>
    And you should be good from there, although you'll probably want to name your divs a little better than I did.
