    So, I'm doing some design and have a jQuery accordion menu, used this code:
    It's really simple and works just fine. But the client wants something like this:

    When you click the link, previously opened content closes and then the other link's content appears. So with one click you close previous content and open new. Sorry, I'm sure it's really hard to understand what I'm trying to say.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    $("#your-old-menu").slideUp( 700);

    The 700 represents the speed in milliseconds. slideUp hides the menu. slideDown shows it.
