    I have been asked to update a website on this page there is a "submit" button I get the following error.

    Bad Referrer - Access Denied
    Page is using an invalid referer which is not allowed to submit to this script.

    I NEED THE INFORMATION ON THE FORM TO Be SENT TO A SPECIFIC EMAIL ADDRESS....

    hi, looks like the problem is the site that you are submitting the form to. In order for them to process the form they need you to also send a valid referrer id which is in your web page source at:

    <FORM action="http://www.mts.net/cgi-bin/form-mail.pl?SklarM@mmm.ca" method="POST" onSubmit="" name="Membership Application" webbot-action="--WEBBOT-SELF--">
    I think if you follow the advice on their FAQ page as the error message suggests it should tell you what you need to do. Either you're sending an incorrect credential or it is just that your domain needs a valid account with them.

    All I want to do is get this info in this application sent to a different email address...can anyone help me out?

    Changing the email address won't work. You need to change away from using that script on www.mts.net, apparently.

    I know your hosting provider. Look in the control panel for a script you can use.

    I already ready have the form just need the info directed to a working email address...
