[COLOR=rgb(0, 0, 0)]I need help from someone who is good at HTML.

If I want there to be a form on a website, that will contact me with information entered in the box, how could I go about doing that?

The hypothetical use would be for someone to enter information required and then proceed to a google checkout. How could I make this work so that the information in the box is sent to me (at an anonymous email not shown) and then redirected to the checkout page?

    Thanks.

You won't get what you want from pure HTML. The only way in which you can get a form to submit to an email not shown on the page would be to use a server-side programming language such as PHP, ASP or ASP.net.

Google the phrase "form to email" and your programming language of choice.

You mentioned "google checkout" so I'm assuming you're talking about a storefront, or something eCommerce...

if you're using google checkout... emailing the "form" is built into their system... so if you've got the site coded for google checkout..(add to basket.. checkout). then the emailing part is already taken care of from the checkout side..

but what I mean is that I require additional information from the buyer, a device identifier in this case, that will be needed in addition to the money checking out.

OK... a little information can go a long way...

I'm sure it can be done... but it will be tricky and you'll lose sales if:

    1. the person has to re-enter their information 2 times ( even if for different purposes )... they may think they are being scammed for information...
    2. If you try and collect their information on a non SSL site ( again, they may think you're not a legit site )...

Sounds to me like a "custom API" using the google checkout is going to be in order...

have you checked the "google checkout" documentation to see if they have some "custom apps" already built that may fit your needs ?
