In need of some assistance with my OpenCart template. I need the header to have a brown background and the search box area to have the striped background.

    Here's how it looks now:

    Here's how I'd like it to look:

    The OC template is just a mess in terms of the number of divs and tables used, I just can't figure out how to get it to look the way I want.

    Thanks in advance for your assistance!

    Add this above your #header .div1

    #header { background-color:#483520; }

    Add: background:url(../image/stripes.gif) repeat-y; to your Search div

    Thanks for the response Webzarus!
    Getting closer, but not quite there yet. your suggestion did make the area behind the logo chocolate brown as hoped, but it still shows the stripes on either side from the #wrapper.
    Also with adding the stripes.gif to the div containing the search module, I get the stripes beginning inside of the existing stripe from the #wrapper (so it repeats a portion of the stripe pattern), plus there is no stripe underneath the rounded corner - it shows brown.
    Any other ideas?

    Hey there, have you managed to fix this as I just took a look at the site and it looks like the page you want (apart from the texture within the main container)
    P.S: theres an issue with your contact form in google chrome.

    You might want to create a header container div. Just thinking you might be able to position things a bit better if you use absolute positioning. As it is now, you have one div that is floated off to the right of the page, and when you expand the page it sticks out further than the container.
